Employee Information Management

Any change to employee information? Asalta HRM allows employees to update their own personal information on the web or on the go using the mobile app giving you the freedom to focus on other areas of the business.

Leave Application

Employees can apply for leave through their Employee Self Service portal. View available leaves and view leave application status. All leave management easily accessible for employees.

Claims Automation

Employees can take picture of their receipts through the Asalta HRM Payroll mobile App and then save draft of their claims. Can review and submit the claims end of the month for approval. Can view historical claims. And be notified on approval.

Commission Management

Employees notified on the commission earned upto date, Commission disbursed etc. Employees can also forecast their sales commission and compute their hypothetical sales commission based on the various commission plans.

Payslip

Employees notified on the go when payslip are generated. Employees login to ESS to download their latest payslips and the historical payslips all at one place.
